COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Scientific Columbus DL3-1K5A2-670 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Servo-Dynamics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sdl parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sew-Eurodrive product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Servo-Dynamics such as the 73008118 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FL103911005 manufactured by Sdl and we are pleased to be able to service most Sdl systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WF20DR71S4 by Manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Sew Brand 8264996 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sensotec such as 0610707904 equipment made by Sensotec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensotec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensotec" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPW made by Seiki as well as the popular SKIM459GD12E4 original spares produced by Semikron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KAF7DR71M4BE1HR by Sew-Eurodrive and 0610707904 spares by Sensotec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SKKQ3000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Semikron. |
